Terms & Conditions - Custom Printed Orders

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this site, and pages thereof, and by using Elite Designs service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below and any statement on all web pages of the Elite Design website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access this site, or any pages thereof, or utilize Elite Design services and information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, once we begin your order.

*PLEASE NOTE: Colors printing on materials other than white may vary in appearance and therefore perfect color matches cannot be guaranteed. By placing this order you acknowledge this statement and accept the order as printed. Additionally, colors will vary depending on the paper stock indicated in each product, as the brightness and tone of each type of stock varies. On uncoated papers, colors will generally be darker than on coated papers.

*On CMYK, 4-color process products, all colors will be created using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black - Colors may reside outside the range of the 4 color process and the closest attainable color will be used, and therefore perfect color matches are not guaranteed.

* Charges for color matches does not guarantee a perfect color match, and the color may appear differently on different stocks.

All Print Orders contracted to and manufactured by Elite Design are high-quality, customized products. Therefore, Elite Design cannot restock or reuse any print order and its related material, including but not limited to film, proof, inks, press plates, and used paper.

By the act of the customer's order confirmation and proof approval, the customer formally instructs Elite Design to proceed and complete print production of the customer's order. Once proof approval and print production commences, Elite Design cannot cancel the order and cannot provide a refund.

In addition, the customer acknowledges shipment receipt of the approved print order and cannot refuse receipt of shipment.

In addition, the Customer cannot refuse payment of print order if client has approved their artwork proof and confirmed the order.

Since all print orders contracted to and manufactured by Elite Design are high quality, customized products, credit card payments are charged prior to print production and shipment.

Registration of colors and borders - Registration of color to color is within industry stadards of 1/32". For bleed borders this means that due to press limitations borders may shift up to 1/32" .

Filing A Complaint And Reprint/Credit Policy
The Customer can file a complaint regarding a print order within 30 days of receipt of order. After 30 days of receipt of print order, the Customer waives any right to file a complaint and receive print credit or a reprint.

Please note- use of the print order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the order and the customer immediately waives any right to file a complaint and receive print credit or a reprint.

If it is discovered that Elite Design has committed an error in the customer's order, Elite Design, upon its discretion, will reprint and ship the order at Elite Designs expense.

A reprint constitutes reprinting an order based on previously approved digital artwork, film, paper, and finishing (such as coating, machine folding, etc.). If the customer wishes to change any aspect of the previously approved order, the customer is not entitled to a reprint and is responsible for all costs.

Elite Design ships all authorized reprints via Ground service only. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling upgrade costs.

The Customer must file a complaint in writing by letter, fax, or email. Elite Design cannot accept verbal complaints. The Customer must provide the Order Number and a detailed description of the complaint/issue.

Please note- use of the print order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the order and the customer immediately waives any right to file a complaint and receive print credit or a reprint.

If it is discovered that Elite Design has committed an error in the customer's order, Elite Design , upon its discretion, will reprint and ship the order at Elite Design expense.

If the customer wishes to change any aspect of the previously approved order, the customer is not entitled to a reprint and is responsible for all costs.

Elite Design liability shall be limited to the sales price of any out of specification work. Elite Design will not be liable for any consequential damages such as profit loss, etc.


Other Terms and Conditions (Online Printshop and TickleBellies) :

Elite Design is not responsible for information that is entered wrong or mispelled by the customer. When placing an order you will receive an email receipt at the email address you provide when you check out through the shopping cart.

Methods of Payment - Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted through PayPal. For checks or money orders please click here.

Safeguard your online purchases with PayPal's Money Back Guarantee. When you make a payment on the PayPal website, you can now buy a Money Back Guarantee to protect your purchase of physical goods on selected transactions. If you purchase the Money Back Guarantee, you will have the option to return your merchandise to PayPal in exchange for a reimbursement (not including the Guarantee fee), provided that you file a complete reimbursement request within 30 days of payment.

This program will only be offered for tangible goods transactions of less than $1,000.00 USD with pre-qualified sellers. PayPal may take additional criteria into account in deciding whether to offer the Money Back Guarantee on a particular transaction. You will know if a transaction qualifies when you get to the Confirm Payment Details page. Return Policy - Orders that are misprinted and the fault of Elite Design may be reprinted free of charge or returned for a refund. Please contact us if you have a mistake with your order.

Privacy Policy - Any information entered for an order, in a contact submission form or any where else on this website will be kept private and confidential and be used for the sole purpose of completing such order. We will only contact you with your permission or if you have requested a quote or other general information. We do not sell or share any customer information with any other company or send you promotional information or sales information without your consent. Your privacy matters to us.

Shipping Charges - Shipping and handling is based on zip code product is shipping to. All orders are shipped first class mail and should be received within 7-10 days. Address labels (excluding TickleBellies and clickprint labels) ship at a flat rate of $1.85 per order.

Clickprint Online Printshop - Orders through the Online Printshop are subject to the terms and conditions found on that part of the website and not necessarily subject to the terms seen above. All online printshop orders sales are final unless there is a quality issue as stated below in the guarantee - this includes all custom created and stock labels ordered through the online printshop. Online Printshop Guarantee - If, at any time, you are not satisfied with the quality of your Custom Printed Product, notify us via our online form , or call 1-812-981-4949, and we will redo your order free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the design and layout of your Custom Printed Product or your paper and ink selections, we are not able to redo these orders free of charge. Please make sure to check the design and layout of your product before you make your final purchase. For example, if you enter your phone number incorrectly, we will not be able to redo that particular product free of charge. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Address Label Information - You have the option of using up to four lines of text. You do not have to use all four lines of text - if you want to only use one, two or three lines of the label that is ok. Each line can have a maximum of 28 characters including spaces.
